Saraki tasks indigenes on Kwara's Development PDF Print E-mail

Kwara State Governor, Dr Bukola Saraki has called on indegenes of the state both at home and in Diaspora to support the State Government in its efforts at bringing development closer to the people.

Dr Saraki made the call at the weekend during the presentation ceremony of a complete set of Mammogramme equipment donated to the State Government by two eminent Kwarans resident in the United State of America, Chief Olabode Ojeleye and Pharmacist Johnson Aremu.

The Governor, who expressed appreciation of the government and people of the State to the donors for their gesture, explained that the equipment would assist the Diagnostic Centre to be established in Ilorin, the State Capital.

He also thanked the donors of the live-saving equipment for remembering their home-State from far away America, assuring that the machine would be jealously guarded and handled with care.

Saraki charged other well-meaning Kwarans to emulate the footsteps of the donors by contributing their quotas so that we can collectively take the State to greater heights.
